We currently act as Estate Managers for residential estates in areas such as Sunninghill, Craigavon, Northwold, Bryanston & Northcliff. The accounts section of the these Estates are managed by reputable managing agents in the industry.

We work closely with the Trustees, Managing agents, various service providers together with the residents to ensure that the Body Corporate is well managed and run allowing the Trustees to spend more time with their families. Our strategy is simple and effective in that the work at hand is carried out efficiently and without unnecessary delays. Our Estate Manager is ‘hands-on’ and has a solid maintenance back ground to assist residents with any maintenance related queries & to provide advice on future maintenance projects required for the complex (which should be budgeted for), to the Trustees.
